Referrals accepted for patients with:  
​Acute coronary syndromes
​High grade heart block
Ventricular tachyarrhythmias
​Pericardial tamponade
Complications related to cardiac procedure within in last 30 days
Referrals not accepted:
Atrial fibrillation
Chronic heart failure
Troponin abnormalities
Echo abnormalities
Requests for cardiac investigations
The referral form takes about 5 minutes to complete using a smartphone or computer.
​Please ensure you send any relevant ECGs with the referral.
We aim to respond within 60 minutes.
