Referrals will only be processed outside of working hours
i.e. 5pm to 9am Monday to Friday and at Weekends
During working hours you must contact your local cardiology team.
You will need the patient's details, the 10-digit NHS number and a nhs email address
Ensure that you have attached any relevant ECGs relevant to the referral
